Leo Aviles, IT Intern

School: Syracuse University

Major: Information Management & Technology with a concentration in Cybersecurity

Interests: Golfing, fishing, and giving back to the community

Favorite Byrne Dairy Product: Cookiewich

Leonel Aviles is a Marine Corps veteran who was drawn to Byrne because of our commitment to quality and our role in the Central New York community.

Ethan Penfield, HR Intern

School: SUNY Oswego

Major: Human Resources Management

Interests: Restoring his 1970 Pontiac LeMans, going to the gym, and hiking

Favorite Byrne Dairy Product: Black Raspberry Ice Cream

Ethan has enjoyed gaining hands-on HR experience managing employee data and visiting each of our facilities to help employees.

Preston Clark, R&D Intern

School: Manhattan University

Major: Chemical Engineering

Interests: Traveling and spending time with friends and family

Favorite Byrne Dairy Product: Chocolate Milk

Preston grew up as a Byrne Dairy fan and has enjoyed delving into food science, shelf-life testing, and developing new products in the pilot plant.

Kelsey Rutledge, Sales & Marketing Intern

School: Penn State

Major: Marketing

Interests: Spending time on the lake, cooking, and being with friends and family

Favorite Byrne Dairy Product: Holy Cow Ice Cream

Like the Byrne family, Kelsey is from Skaneateles. Her summer projects for Sales & Marketing have included market research, coordinating food pantry donations, and designing social media content and ads. (She designed the graphics for this post!)
