How have you contributed to your team at Byrne?
“I have contributed to Byrne Dairyby building from the ground up the new Aseptic PET line. From scheduling interviews, and problem solving through the constant challenges that come up” – Kirkland N.
What does SQPL mean to you?
Kirkland says “SQPL is important to me because my job is picking people for the new PET line and I need to make sure I choose the right people. In addition, my job requires a lot of attention to detail to keep people safe.”
How have you grown at Byrne?
