Elizabeth says “Safety and Quality are a top priority at Byrne. making sure everyone has what they need and making sure any obstacle stopping people from doing their jobs is removed is an important part of my role.”
What motivates you at Byrne?
Elizabeth says that she stays motivated by “connecting with my team and finding ways to remove obstacles or provide them with the tools and resources they need to succeed and keep improving every day.”
