What does your day to day look like at Byrne Dairy?
“Every day can be something different. I usually start set ups, and help with anything people might need. You could find me cleaning, cutting grass, really doing anything that needs to be done.” – Bruce W.
What does SQPL mean to you?
Safety, Quality, People, and Leadership; Bruce says “It is about working safely, making sure both you and the product are safe. It is also important that everything going out is a high-quality product.”
What advice would you give to a new employee at Byrne Dairy?
“I would say that the most important way to grow is to show up. Not only should you show up you also should try to learn as much as you can. If you learn something, you should learn even more about it. .“- Bruce W.
