Starting in 2023 as a Lab Tech, Gavin then moved up to be the Quality Assurance Manager.
What do you do at Byrne Dairy as a Quality Assurance Manager?
“In Quality I focus on bacteria plating making sure that no one gets sick. A big part of my job is focusing on the safety of customers and the product” – Gavin C.
What is your favorite part of your job at Byrne?
Gavin says that one of his favorite things about working at Byrne as the Quality Assurance Manager is “Continuous Improvement, looking at systems in place and making them more efficient. In the lab we reorganized the stress room to have all similar stations together.”
