What does SQPL mean to you?
Safety, Quality, People, and Leadership; Daren says “We are very big on safety here, especially at the Ice Cream Center. We make sure that nothing is contaminated by allergens. My own kids eat the same product, so I make sure everyone is safe.”
What advice would you give to a new employee at Byrne Dairy?
I would tell them to not rush and stay patient. Always do things right the first time and always double check. It will always take longer to fix it then to do it right initially.“- Daren

“My biggest mentor has been Rey V. who is the Senior Manager of Operations at the Cortland facility. He has helped me learn and advance to where I am now.” – Daren S.
