Cortlandville expansion supports Ultra-Filtered Milk and more
“BCV 2.0 will add over 3,000 pallet spaces, which will allow us to continue to penetrate new markets and develop different formats for our products. For now, we are eagerly anticipating the expanded production capabilities of ultra-filtered milk, which has gone well beyond our expectations, as well as other innovative products that are still in the pipeline.”
Keeping it local: Milk supply and sustainability
“Most of our milk is sourced locally, from within a 50-mile radius of our facilities, as we strive to make our operations more sustainable. By prioritizing hyper-local sourcing of critical materials like milk, we not only ensure the highest quality products but also lower our environmental impact.”
