February may be the shortest month, but our crews certainly packed in the progress on the Byrne Cortlandville expansion!

Here’s what we checked off our to-do list in February:

  • Alcove work for the 3 new raw silos
  • Foundation work and pier backfill work on the filling, packaging, and warehouse sections
  • Under-slab plumbing in filling/packaging/warehouse
  • Utilities in processing area

Still to come:

  • Above-grade masonry on filling/packaging/warehouse continues
  • Structural steel is expected to be complete by the end of March
  • Preparation for the new PET line is ongoing

On the road again

Byrne’s Sales and Research & Development teams are kicking off March with a full travel schedule!

Scott Langley (Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing) and Khilendra Bhanduriya (Sr. Director of R&D) will attend Natural Products Expo West this week. This event brings together key decision makers in the natural and organic CPG sphere. Expo West takes place March 3-6 in Anaheim, California.

Closer to home, the Northeast Dairy Innovation Summit will be held March 10-11 in Albany, New York. Byrne will be represented by R&D Scientists Drashti Shah and Zack Allard, Sales Manager Connor “Fitz” FitzPatrick, and General Counsel Jim Gosier. The 2026 Summit offers sessions on processing modernization and dairy workforce development.
