Byrne Hollow Farm Organic Whole Milk won third place in the Ultra High Temperature Milk or Aseptic Milk category in the World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest. Sponsored by the Wisconsin Dairy Products Association, the World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Product Contest features 96 classes of dairy products including milk, cheese, ice cream, and more.
