Byrne Hollow Farm Organic Whole Milk is one of our ultra-pasteurized milk products. Ultra-pasteurization heats milk to 280 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 seconds, allowing Byrne Dairy to achieve an extended shelf life of over 70 days.
